Intent and values

Our intent: create the freedom to be extraordinary.

It would be very blah-blah if it wasn’t true. For example, we moved to a functional business model using the Shirlaws methodology, as being functional means we know exactly what we’re responsible for – and we’re free to deliver it our own way. We also use the Strengths Methodology, focusing on those deeply rewarding activities in which we can consistently achieve As (rather than Bs and Cs), the idea being that we feel most free and most capable of doing something extraordinary when we are playing to our strengths.
