Have You Updated Your Website? New Rules For 2007
On January 20th 2007, the law changed. We're all now required to put specific details about our company on our website, not just on hard copy business collateral.
Specifically, if you haven't already done so, you need to add:
- your company's place of registration and registered number
- the address of its registered office
- in the case of an investment company, the fact that it is such a company
- in the case of a limited company exempt from the obligation to use the word "limited" in its name, the fact that it is a limited company
This also applies to email newsletters or eblasts.
