Brand, website, ACTION! Fresh new law firm, mpm legal LLP, hits the ground running with Onefish Twofish.

With so much to think about when launching a new company, getting your brand, website and marketing sorted can feel like a big challenge.  It was for this reason that Mark Minns chose to call on Onefish Twofish to help him make his vision a reality.

Previously, a partner in one of the region’s leading law firms, Mark Minns was a lawyer at the top of his game. As an employment law specialist, Mark worked with a number of new businesses and watched them take life and grow while he advised them.  Mark explains, “I have always admired people that have the courage and willingness to try and do their own thing.  I became inspired to stick my neck out in the way that a lot of my clients have done and see what I could achieve on my own.”  Once the idea had hold of him, Mark researched his options and took the momentous step of setting up his own legal practice – mpm legal LLP.    By focusing his skills and providing a service in one specialist area, Mark’s vision was to provide greater flexibility of service to his clients and adding value in a truly cost-effective way. 

So with the decision made, mpm legal LLP needed to take shape, and fast.  Mark comments, “I wanted to create a brand that didn’t project the traditional feel of a typical law firm. It had to be something contemporary and fresh, but that was also clearly niche.  Many larger law firms provide advice across a broad range of legal areas. I wanted to stand out as a specialist in my field, and become a niche employment law practice.”  Mark turned to Onefish Twofish to help him verbalise and visualise his brand, and everything that goes with it.  This meant every last detail right from a logo to a newsletter template, and most importantly…a website.  Mark explains, “I gave Onefish Twofish a fairly broad brief! I really looked to them for the creative innovation that would turn my jumble of ideas into a clear and vivid picture.”
